i've built a number of rockets with my friends using various materials and techniques. most of my rockets are custom-designed using a software tool called Openrocket.
my rockets often carry my general purpose electronics payload. it collects data such as the rocket's altitude and temperature, and transmits its GPS location using a LoRa radio module.

CAD cadding
a lot of rocket parts are very annoying to make by hand (like a nosecone), so i got into CAD to design them for 3D printing. i also integrated a mount for my electronics and extra nose weight right in!
in addition to building physical rockets and electronics, i've also produced some writing and done some thought experiments related to rocketry.

i like rockets so much in fact, that i created a rocketry club at my school to build a team for The American Rocketry Competition.
